1. All dogs receive hydrotherapy treatment entirely at their owner’s risk, although every care is taken of the dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of water and equipment.

2. All treatment courses must be paid for in advance, including those which are part of an insurance claim.

3. Individual sessions must be paid for at the time of treatment.

4. All dogs will only be treated with the prior authorisation of their Veterinary Surgeon.

5. Bitches in season will not be able to attend hydrotherapy until their season has fully finished.

6. A valid vaccination certificate must be presented to Hobland before treatment can commence.

7. Owners are required to notify Hobland if their Veterinary Surgeon advises that treatment should be stopped or suspended, or if their dog’s injury worsens during their treatment course.

8. Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice.

9. Dogs with infectious and or contagious conditions will not be treated until totally clear. Cancellation conditions will apply.

10. Owners are requested not to feed their dogs for at least 3 hours before attending a hydrotherapy session, and to ensure that their dog has done its ablutions before arriving. A surcharge of £10 will be made for dogs that defecate in the pool.

11. When not undergoing treatment owners are advised to keep their dog under control and on a lead.

12. Hobland reserves the right to refuse treatment of any dog.

13. Hobland will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property whilst on the premises.

Hobland reserves the right to use video footage and photographic stills.
