treatment entirely at their owner’s risk, although every care
is taken of the dogs undergoing treatment and in the
maintenance of water and equipment. |

All treatment courses must be
paid for in advance, including those which are part of an
insurance claim. |
|
|

Individual sessions must be
paid for at the time of treatment. |
|

All dogs will only be treated
with the prior authorisation of their Veterinary
Surgeon. |

A valid vaccination
certificate must be presented to Hobland before treatment can
commence. |
|
|

Owners are required to notify
Hobland if their Veterinary Surgeon advises that treatment
should be stopped or suspended, or if their dog’s injury
worsens during their treatment course. |
|

Session fees will be charged
in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24

When not undergoing treatment
owners are advised to keep their dog under control and on a
lead. |
