We have 5 kennel blocks with varying sized kennels to suit every sized dog and groups of dogs. Each individual kennel has an inside sleeping area and an outside run.

We require all dogs staying with us to be up to date with their annual booster and you must present their vaccination book when checking in. We recommend the kennel cough vaccine but we do not require it, please note that kennel cough is a live vaccine so your dog cannot stay with us within 10 days of having it.

If your dogs live together at home they are welcome to go into a kennel together, or if you'd prefer them to be separated during the night but exercised together during the day then we can do that, we can be very flexible.

We do not mix dogs unless they are from the same family and you have asked us to do so.

Each kennel has a hatch to the outside run which is closed at night, as well as all of the doors and windows in the kennel block so it is not cold at night, however each bedding area can be individually heated (typically in the winter months) for a small daily fee, depending on your dogs needs.

We are surrounded by the beautiful Norfolk countryside and have a very large field to walk the dogs on.

Typical exercise for a typical dog:
He/she has an outside run attached to their kennel, which they have free access to during the day, they will go into one of our exercise paddocks atleast twice a day (In the morning around 7am and then again in the evening around 7pm), they will also be walked atleast one good walk* in the middle of the day, and they will have time in one of our paddocks with one of staff ... either for a cuddle, a brush, a game of fetch or playing with their favourite toy!

This of course depends on the breed, age and the individual dog so please let us know how your dog is exercised at home and we will do our best to continue it during their stay with us.

*The length of the walk and number of walks depends entirely on your dog and their needs.

We are happy to walk & exercise your dog in any weather if they are happy to walk in it.

We do not walk dogs on our field off the lead but our paddocks are secure and do not require a lead.

If your dog has a harness or special lead we will always walk them using that, otherwise we tend to use our own rope slipleads for safety (where appropriate).

Please let us know if your dog has any injuries, or special exercise requirements.

We aim to feed your dog as they are fed at home, you are welcome to bring their own food (which you will receive a discount for) or we stock some of the main food brands but please check that we stock the food that your dog eats. Typically we give out breakfast at 7am, lunch at 12pm, dinner at 5pm and late feeds at 8pm, of course depending on how many meals a day your dog has. Please discuss with us if your dog need to be fed at different times!

All dogs have access to fresh drinking water at all times in their kennel.

If you have more than one dog we always separate or sit in with them whilst they are eating.

We have a large freezer, a fridge and a microwave so we can accommodate most food requests.

You are also welcome to bring in any treats (for the staff aswell)!

Our staff are able to administer any medications that your dog requires, please bring them in to our reception when you are checking in.

Blankets, beds, bowls & toys

Please feel free to bring your dogs own bed, bedding and toys.

We will put these straight into their kennel as soon as they arrive and they will stay in there until they leave (unless soiled, in which case they will be laundered quickly & a temporary replacement will be put in).

We will do our best to keep them clean and dry while they are with us but we cannot guarantee that so if you would like us to wash them then please make sure you let us know and we will wash them the night before you collect (at no extra charge).

Anything not supplied by you can be supplied by us, but please let us know if your pet is not allowed any specific bedding or toys.

We may remove any toys if they become damaged or a hazard to your dog but we will make sure they have something to play with while they are with us.

We kindly ask that you do not bring bowls (as we have plenty & don't want to lose or break yours), brushes (again we have a wide selection and don't want to lose yours) and beanbags (our drains don't like beanbags if they split!) if possible, but of course we can accommodate these if your dog insists.

We cannot accept responsibility for anything that is lost, damaged or eaten!

Vet visit/fees

Our charges include an insurance fee, which covers your dogs for any injury or illness whilst they are with us (excluding pre-existing conditions) with a £50 excess payable. In the case that your dog needs to visit the vet we will always endeavour to use your regular vet and we will do our best to contact you or your designated contact person.
